In my opinion, yes BUT this is mainly because of my years of experience using the platform. I believe any platform is harder to learn at the start but my clients all say that Showit has been easier to learn than they expected. Whatever your technical capabilities, from complete novice to tech superstar, the drag-and-drop interface is designed to make it as easy to manage as possible, compared to other coding based platforms.
As with using anything new, it can take some time to get accustomed to in the initial setup stages. However, Showit offers helpful training tutorials and friendly live chat support to help you get started. I do recommend to start with a website template so that you don’t feel overwhelmed by a blank canvas. (This is how I learned the platform too!) You can customise them with your branding colours, images and content and have a professional-looking website up in no time.
Is Showit a good website platform for beginners?
Yes, Showit is an excellent choice for those who want a professional website but have limited technical know-how, thanks to the user-friendly drag-and-drop interface. Ever used Canva? Then, you’re already one step ahead.

Once you have bought your domain from a provider such as Namecheap, GoDaddy, Google (other providers are available), connecting it to your Showit website is a simple process.
Does Showit have blogging capabilities?

Not on its own, but it integrates nicely with e-commerce tools such as Thrivecart (which we use here at Storymuse), Woocommerce or Shopify.
While it’s perfect for boutique-style shopping with a curated collection of products, realistically, Showit isn’t designed for large e-commerce.
So, if you need a full online store and have a big catalogue of products, a platform like Shopify is a much better option to explore.
Does Showit include hosting?
Yes, secure hosting is included in the Showit package and is part of all Showit plans.
However, it’s worth knowing that you must have already bought and registered your domain elsewhere.
Does Showit work well with WordPress?
Yes, they work incredibly well together.
